Twin-row, shrouded housings molded from UL 94 V-0 LCP withstand 260 °C reflow while maintaining 0.05 mm coplanarity, allowing 100 % pick-and-place yield at 0.3 s placement speed.
High-phosphor bronze contacts are selectively gold-plated (0.76 µm min.) over 50 µm nickel, guaranteeing ≤ 10 mΩ contact resistance through 500 mating cycles and 20 N normal force retention.
Fully automatic crimp-and-insert lines integrate CCD geometry check, 100 % electrical hi-pot (1 kV rms) and statistical process control, releasing PPAP level-3 documentation in five days with Cpk ≥ 1.67 on critical-to-function pins.
