YZCONN ( Yz-Link Technology Co., Ltd. ) officially launched its CNAS laboratory accreditation project on October 27, 2026, marking an important step in strengthening its in-house testing capabilities, quality management system, and engineering support for custom wire harnesses and connectors.
The initiative reflects YZCONN's continued investment in manufacturing quality, product reliability, and technical capabilities to better support demanding OEM projects and international customers.
The project kickoff meeting was attended by representatives from YCCT (You'er Testing & Certification Co., Ltd.), led by Deputy General Manager Yang and its technical team, together with YZCONN's internal project team.
During the meeting, both parties established a structured implementation plan covering laboratory management, technical responsibilities, personnel training, equipment calibration, testing environment improvements, internal audits, and management reviews.
The laboratory development process will follow the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, the internationally recognized standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
Through this initiative, YZCONN aims to establish a more standardized, traceable, and technically reliable laboratory testing system to support its manufacturing and engineering operations.
For custom wire harness and connector manufacturing, product quality goes beyond visual inspection and basic electrical continuity testing. Consistent performance, reliable connections, and compliance with project-specific requirements are essential to long-term product reliability.
YZCONN's laboratory development initiative is designed to strengthen its quality assurance capabilities across several key areas:
Product Quality Testing: Supporting electrical performance, connectivity, and product reliability verification for wire harnesses and connectors.
Engineering Validation: Providing testing support during prototype development, sample evaluation, and new product introduction (NPI).
Production Quality Control: Supporting inspection procedures, quality verification, and investigation of potential manufacturing defects.
8D Problem Solving: Providing objective test data and technical evidence for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer quality reports.
Project-Specific Testing: Supporting customized testing and validation requirements based on product specifications and customer project needs.
These capabilities will help strengthen the connection between engineering, manufacturing, and quality management, enabling more systematic problem identification and continuous process improvement.
As a manufacturer serving customers in industrial, automotive, communication, medical electronics, and other demanding sectors, YZCONN recognizes that reliable quality control is essential to long-term manufacturing partnerships.
The development of a CNAS-accredited laboratory is part of YZCONN's broader commitment to building stronger in-house technical capabilities and providing more reliable quality support throughout the product lifecycle — from engineering review and prototype validation to mass production and ongoing quality improvement.
Upon successful accreditation, testing activities within the approved scope will be conducted under the recognized laboratory management and technical competence framework. This will further strengthen the credibility and international recognition of applicable test results.
For YZCONN, quality assurance is not simply a final inspection process. It is an integral part of engineering collaboration, manufacturing control, and long-term customer support.
By continuing to invest in testing infrastructure and technical expertise, YZCONN is taking another step toward becoming a more capable engineering-driven manufacturing partner for global OEM customers.
